Décor Rental Agreement

This Décor Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Affinity Event Rentals LLC (“Company”) and the Client identified below (“Client”).

Rental Period

The rental period includes pickup and return dates as outlined below:

  • Pickup: Client may pick up rented décor as early as Wednesday BEFORE the event date.

  • Return: All rented décor must be returned no later than Tuesday AFTER the event date.

    • DATE:_________________________________

Late returns may result in additional fees as outlined in the Company’s General Terms & Agreements.

Pickup, Drop-Off & Delivery

  • Client is fully responsible for the pickup and drop-off of all rented décor items.

  • Delivery is NOT included in the rental price.

  • If delivery is requested, additional delivery fees will apply and will be applied to the same invoice as the rented items.

Condition of Rental Items

  • All décor items must be returned:

    • In the same condition as received

    • Using the original storage containers and packaging

  • Client accepts full responsibility for:

    • Damaged items

    • Missing items

    • Items returned dirty, broken, or improperly packed

    • Missing or damaged storage containers

Fees for damages, loss, or improper return will be assessed in accordance with the Company’s General Terms & Agreements.

Setup & Tear Down

  • Setup and tear down services are NOT included in décor rental pricing.

  • Décor setup and tear down services are available upon request for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance.

Payment Terms

  • All décor rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Some items may also accrue a security deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Rentals not paid in full by the due date may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellations, Changes & Liability

  • All cancellations, invoice changes, damaged items, unreturned items, or items returned in unacceptable condition (including packaging) are governed by the Company’s General Terms & Agreements, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  • Client acknowledges they have reviewed and agree to these terms after the deposit has been paid.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below, Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this Décor Rental Agreement and the Company’s General Terms & Agreements.
